Product Warranty & Return Policy

Warranty:

For a period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, SynchroSystems warrants that the product will substantially conform to published specifications, provided it is used with compatible computer hardware and software and, for the same time period, that the product is free from defects in material and workmanship.

Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your SynchroSystems purchase, please contact support@synchro.com for a return authorization request within thirty (30) calendar days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned in the same condition and in the original packaging, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned to SynchroSystems within fourteen (14) calendar days of the issuance of the return authorization. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. We will not accept returned products without an authorization number. Refunds are not given for shipping & handling charges.
